A motion was made by Cammzssioner Snead, seconded by Commzsszoner Maore that the bids be referred to the Public Works Director for review and recommendation. August 9, 2000 F�� The session was cQntinued at i:00 p.�z� n for a Public Hearing regard'zng Grant �ounty Development Regulations, with Chaiz�nan Moore and Commisszoner Snead in attendance with ihe Clerk of the Board. The �earing was opened by Chairman Deborah N�oore. She invzied Sco�t �Iarl� to explazn the reasc�n for the hearing and the process the Caunty was going through to adapt Development Regulatlons in conjunction wzth ihe Comprehensive Plan. The Commissioners took verbal testimony from those in attendance wha wished to sp�ak and also took tivrztten testimony that will be made a part of the recard. A motion was made by CommissiQner Snead, seconded by Commission�r Maore to cic�se o�al testimony, The moiion carried. A mc�tion �vas made by Commission�r Snead, seconded by Commissianer Moore to extend the writien comment period until 5:00 p.m. on August 23, 2000. The motion carried.
