RE OLU ZON relating to the �acts requzring an apprapriation
and expendiiure o� �unds for the �ollowing department%�und;

together with a bud,ge-t therefar; declarii�g an emergency; and `
setting a public hearir�g date; all pursuan-t to RCW 36�40.140.
�NHEREAS, it has been brought to the atterntion o� the Board
o� County Cammissioners Qf Grant Caunty that an appropriatian
and expenditure of �unds should be authorized �or the above-
mentioned departmentjfund, together with a budget there�ar, in
the estimated amount .a� $ ���3��� ; and
WHEREAS, expenditure oi such �unds was not included zn the
current budget oi Grant County, however, emergent �onditians
n.ow require that such �unds be expended; and �
WHEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists and th�.t the
expenditure o� such �unds could not have been reasonably ioreseex�
at the time o� making sazd count� budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, B-E IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY C�M-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE dF WASHINGTON, that the a�ore-
mentioned �acts canstitute an emergency and that an appropriatian
and expenditure a� funds should be authorized �or the �ollowing
depd.rtment/�und: ��rrent Expense Fund ��Odl,Misc.Gen.Gavernment Dept.�i�125 �
together w�th a budget there�or.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice a� a public hearing upon
such expenditure shall be given, said hearing to be held on
Au�ust 7, 2000 in the Grant County Commissionexs' Ofiice,
Grant County Caurthause, Ephrata, Washington, a� the haur o�
1:00 �.m. �
