All of the Commissioners were in attendance with the Clerk of the Board. The motion carried. {�!��1 �-A Public Meeting was held regarding ihe plat alteration of lot 1, of Summerland Acres Phase 1 SP 3-46, appro�mate�y 10.40 acres in size. Lot 1 is propc�sed to be split into a 2.5 acre parcel and a 7.3 8 a.cre paxcel. A motion was made by Commissioner Snead, seconded by Comrnissioner Allison to uphold the Planning Commission apprcaval with 11 conditians, and 3 find�ngs as provided by the Planning Department.
