COMMISSIONERS' PROCEEDINGS Week of July 3, 2000 The Grant County Commissioners session was called to order at 9:00 a.m. with all of the Commissioners in attendance with the Clerk of the Board. The Commissioners read and approved the minutes of the preceding session as written. g�� ��� Chairman Moore was authorized to sign the Notice of Separation or Work Interruption of Shannon Falstad of the Auditors Office, who will be working part time begi_nning July 3, 2000. ��� �� The Commissioners approved the Request for Transfer of Funds in the District Court Department in the amount of $18,760. i�� ��� The Commissioners approved the Request for Transfer of Funds in the District Court Department in the amount of $5,000. �� ��� � The Commissioners approved the Request for Transfer of Funds in the District Court Department in the amount of $2,100. ��.� e��. Chainman Moore was authorized to sign the Notice of Separation of Heather Lewellyn of the District Court Department effective June 23, 2000. I�� ¢t�� Chairman Moore was authorized to sign the Notice of Separation of Ashley Ponozzo of the District Court Department effective June 26, 2000. ��� �� Chainnan Moore was authorized to sign the Notice of Separation of Ferdinand A. Nicholson of the District Court Department effective June 27, 2000. ��.i`�J� The Commissioners received a Summons and Complaint from Day Star Christian Academy. The matter was referred to the Prosecuting Attorney for handling. j�r� �7� The Commissioners signed approval of the Liquor License application of Fox Estate Winery. ��,( ��� The Commissioners received a Notice of Intent to sue from Bruce E. Campbell. The matter was referred to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office for handling. ����� The Commissioners received a Notice of Claim from John E. Clark, Jr. et a1. The �natter vvas referred to the 1'rosecuting Attorney's Office for handling. �`�' ���'�The Commissioners signed the Payroll Warrants List # 114136 through # 114762 for the month of June. ;`�/`��oAs of this daie the Board by a majority vote does approve for payment those vouchers filed in the Auditors Office 6/30/2000 in the total amount of $55,943.23. ���'�; ( As of this date the Board by a majority vote does approve for paymeni those vouchers filed in the Auditors Office 6/30/2000 in th� total amount of $1,654.99, ��� �'�a As of this date the Board by a majority vote does approve for payment those vouchers filed in the Auditors Office 6/30/2000 in the total amount of $270,116.18. �,c� j� j� The Commissioners signed the Public Works Claims Fund Voucher approval #6-1 thrrough #6-2 in the total amount of $21,815.38. �z.�-{� �� The Commissioners received a signed copy of the GIS Consulting Contract between Marshall and Associates, Inc. and Grant County. ��� �� .-�,� A motion was made by Commissioner Snead and seconded by Commissioner Allison that Resolution Number 2000-69-CC in the matter of unredeemed warrants be passed. The motion carried. f'�� `� f� A moti�n was made by Commissioner Snead, seconded by Commissioner Allison that Resolution Number 2000-70-CC relating to the transfer of funds within the 2000 budget of the Law and Justice Fund #121, Department #163 in the amount of $6,050 be passed. The motion carried. ��-� ��( A motion was made by Commissioner Allison, seconded by Commissioner Snead that Resolution Number 2000-71-CC in the matter of creating ihree lots from lots 2 and 3 of ihe Walker Industrial Short Plat be passed. The motion carried. !� �'�f� A moti�n was made by Commissioner Allison, seconded by Commissioner Snead that Resolution Number 2000-72-CC in the matter of creating four lots from Lot 2 in the Johnson Short Plat be passed. The motion carried. ����"�� A motion was made by Commissioner Allison, seconded by Commissioner Snead that Resolution Number 2000-73-CC relating to the supplemental extension in the 2000 budget of the Juvenile Department # 117, Current Expense Fund #001 in the amount of $69,933 from unanticipated state or federal funds be passed. The motion carried. As there was no further business to come before the Board the session was adjouxned until July 10, 2000.
