Department is cambating a seriaus illnes� and has exhausted
his total sick and annual Ieave benef�s, and
�V�IEREAS, said employee curren�ly xs not in a financial
position to pay the premzum af his heaIth and welfare plan and
thereby continue his medica�. coverage, and
WHEREAS, many employees have expressed an interest
i.n diverting or transferring some of their accrued sick leave ta
the account of said employee,
NC}W, THEREFC�}�E BE IT RES(JLVEL) and it is
hereby ordered that any emp�oyee wha is interested in
diverting some af thear accrued sick leave �o the account of said
emplayee may do sa in �he �nonths of May and June, 2000 by
submitt�ng in writzng to the Commissioners' �Qf�ce the amount
of sick Ieave they desire ta t�ransfer alang with their si.gnature
to this request.
