Beginning at the intersection of 30t" Ave. and County road formerly lcnown as Dover Street and
now lcnown as Randolph Road; thence following the centerline of said Randolph road along a
curve to the right having a radius of 1,075.00 feet, an internal angle of 20° 15'S9" a chord length
of 380.25 feet; thence North 68°56'26" West a distance of 177.20 feet; thence South 21 °03'34"
West a distance of 40.00 feet to the South right of way of said Dover Street and the True Point
of Beginning; thence along the south right of way of Dovar Street North 68 °56'26" West a
distance of 130.12 feet; thence on a curve to the left having a radius of 30 feet, an internal angle
of 90°00'00" and a chord length of 42.43 feet to the east right of way of 32"a Ave.; thence South
