V�HEIZEAS, the �olu�bia Basin Ground Water
Management Area {GWMA� presented a proposal far
additianal funding far the cos� of the C�nservation District's
staff ta prov�de administrative support and �echnical assistance
on the Cost �hare Program, and
W�IEF:EA�, the G-tiVMA Executive Board has agreed to
rec�mmend approval af up to �42,000 as �n additiona� Iine
iten� above the amount originally aIlacated for the Cost Share
Program, �nd
WHEREAS, these funds will be used to provide
ad�inistrat�ve support and =technical assis�ance during the
summer of 20ClU,

the Board of Grant County �ammissioners hereby appraves
the expenditure of $42,000 far cost share adm�nistrat�ve
support anc� technical assista�ce from the GWMA budget
dur�ng the summer of the year 2Q�0.

At the manthly meeti�ag of the Colurr�bia Basin GWMA Executive Board held on
March 9, 2000, Dave KoIler presented a praposal for additzonal funding far �he cost of the
Coz�servation District's staff to provide admznistrative suppart and technical assistance on t�e .
Cost Share Pr�gram. The G�irMA. Executive Board agreed to reco�nmend ta the Gounty
Comr�issioners appraval of up to $42,000.00 as an additianal line item a�ove #1�e amount
origz�lally allaca�ed for the Cast Share Prograrz�. These fi�nds will be used to provide
administrative suppart and technical assistance duz�ng the s�zn�zner af 2000.
