the benefits of transferrxng ju.risd.ictioa�of portions o�'county roacis a�d ri�ht�af ways,
namely t�at portion of Pat Chee Drive as described below and as slaown�E:�ibit A;

to work towards the transfer af jurisdictiion o�'said R.ight-of-Way, a�d

proceecl wxth the jtarisdiction trans�`er�.s mutually agreed, per 39.33.010, and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLV�D, that the Grant County Board of
Commissioners transfer jurisdiction of those portions of Road Right-of-Way to the City of
Mattawa, to become effective immediately.
