A RESOLUTION relating ta the transfer of funds within the 24Q0 budget af the
LAW AND J�TSTICE FUND # 121, DEPARTMENT # 163

WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention ofth� Board of Grant Comznissioners tl�at it is
necessary to transfer funds within the current budget af the above-named County Department{s) in tl�e
amounts enumerated below; and
WHEREAS, there is no expenditure of funds not previously budgeted but a transfer pursuant ta
R.C.W. 36.40.100 and County and State auditing procedures;
