In the Matter of
Unredeemed Warrants
RESOLUTION NUMBER 2000- 3s -CC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant
County, State of Washington has been informed by the County
Auditor that certain warrants were drawn but have been
unr�deemed for at least one year after the date of their issue; and a
list of said warrants are attached, and
WHEREAS, under authority of RCW 36.22.1OQ the Board of
County Commissioners has the power to cancel said wa�rrants;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that tihe
County Auditor and the C:ounty Treasurer are hereby ordered to
cancel said warrants from their respective books.
