a.m. by Cha�r Deborah Moore. AlI af the Commissioners were in attendance
wzth the Clerk of the Board.
The Commissioners read and ap�roved the minutes of the preceding
sessic�n as written.
°�-9 ��� T�e Commissioners appr�ved the salary increase of Corrections Cook
SharQn Moore of the Sherzf�'s C7ffie� at $2,168 per month.
r�t ���` The Commissianers a�proved ihe salary zncrease of L}eputy Brent
IV�ullzngs of the Sheriff's 4ffice to $3,144 �er month.
��;. i�; �� The Cc�mmission�rs recezved a Claim for Damages on the estate of
Carr�e Vinsc�-Taueu. The mat�er was referred io �he PrQsecutzng �ttomey
for �andlir�g.
���� �� The Cammzssianers approved the request by the Informaiion Ser�ices
Departmeni for approval to attend classes in �pokane an TCP/IP and
Microsoft Exchange S.S.

Commissioner Allison that Resolution Number 2000-17-CC stating ihat

ta purchase items for the Celebrate Kids Festival to promote quality health
for children.

;���v A Fublic Hearzng was held and a motzon was made by Cammissioner
Allison, seconded by Commissioner Snead that Resolutzon N�mber 2000-
18-CC au�horizing an appropriatron and expenditure o�' funds for ihe
Tourism Fund # 114, Depar�rme�t # 1 S6 in �he amount of $75,000 be passed.

The Cammissioners met with the Public Works Direcior regarding
Radza Szte Lease (Steve H.), Bid Award Recommendation-5ervice Body,
Cantract Execution-TYacic�r Mowers; CR�B Certifzcation, Gravel Roac1
Meeting-A�enda, GMA-Road�`Sir�et Standards, Persannel-F�reman.
;� ,�.���The Commissioners signed the Pub1�c Works Claims Fund Voucher
Approval #2-1 through #2-2 in the total amount af $22,Q92.09.
`�' ��'� The Commissioners appxoved the recommendation of the Public
Wor�s Director and awarded the bid for one se�vvice bady to Critzer
Equipment in the amount af $3,450.5�.
;�..�. ���, ; The Commi ssioners signed a Contxact w�th Garroll Adams Tractor
Co. for 3 New I�olland TS 110 Tractors with �fumac Mid Moun� Bc�om

the PARC Advisary Board.

Commzssioners were going �o be out of the offi�� tomQrrow rn order to
travel ta the Sea�tle area to testify in oppas�itian to the breaching of il�e 4
Snake River Dams the session was coniinued until NZ��rch I, 2004.

had been scheduled, the followirzg bids were opened by the Clerl� of the
Board and the Public Warks Director.

to the Public Works Department for thei� revi�w and recomt�endatzon.

review and recammendation.
