IN THE MATTER OF TRANSFERING
JURISDICTION OF CRESCENT BAR
NW Roadlog 31790 MP 2.634 to 2.86 AND
RIGHTS-OF-WAY in Section 19 T20N R 23
E.W.M
WHEI�EAS, in accordance with RCW 39.33.010, Grant County, a political subdivision of
the State of Washington; acting through its Board of County Commissioners, recognizes
the benefits of transferring jurisdiction of portions of county roads and right-of-ways,
namely that portion of CRESCENT BAR NW as described below and as shown in attached
Exhibit A;
LEGAL DESCRIl'TION:
CRESCENT BAR NW Roadlog 31790 MP
2.634 to 2.86 AND RIGHTS-OF-WAY in
Section 19 T20N R 23 E.W.M, ALL
IN GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS, Grant County Public Works and the Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant
County, WA (Grant PUD), have previously agreed to work towards the transfer of
jurisdiction of said Right-of-Way, and
WHEREAS, the County Engineer recommends the Grant County Board of Commissioners
proceed with the jurisdiction transfer as mutually agreed, per 39.33.010, and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLYED, that the Grant County Board of
Commissioners transfer jurisdiction of those portions of Road Right-of-Way to the Public
Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, WA (Grant PUD), to become effective immediately.
