has been wa�king on several cast share pro��ams, and

an educational iool to in�orm gra-�ve�s and others as to the Iocatian
and amount af nitraie present in the soil profile, and
WI-�E�EAS a second praject zs designed ia introduce and
encourag� t�e use of irriga.tion water management (I�VM}, and
�V�IIEREAS, the Conservation Dis�r�cts have developed an
