Departn�ent #116 does not have an adequate level of budget appro�riation to mal�e all necessary
expenditures;
WHEREAS, these addrtional budget expenditures were nat anticzpated whe�� �reparing

WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 36.40.240 a�ublic hearing, must be held to
autharize additional bltdget appropriatians�
