HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 07-173-CCBOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS Grant County, Washington IN THE MATTER OF ADOPTING THE 2008 ANNUAL ROAD PROGRAM RESOLUTION NO. 2007- /73-CC WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of R.C.W. 36.40.070, Grant County did prepare a 2008 Annual Road Construction Program, and a Comprehensive Road Program for the ensuing six years of 2008 - 2013, and WHEREAS, in accordance with W.A.C. 136.16 an environmental assessment was made on all work within the Annual Program, and WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of R.C.W. 36.40.80, a public hearing was held and included the 2008 Annual Road Program, and WHEREAS, all comments and/or objections were heard and evaluated, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington that the 2008 Annual Road Construction Program attached hereto is hereby adopted.
