HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 07-171-CCBOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS Grant County, Washington RESOLUTION No. 07- I7/ -CC � A RESOLUTION relating to the establishment of a new change fund for Grant Mental Healthcare, Fund # 108.150.000.000.111,71. WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the Board of County Cominissioners that a new fund should be established as set forth hereinabove; and WHEREAS, the establishment of said fund may be accomplished without a public hearing pursuant to state and county budget laws, WHEREAS, its has been determined that $60.00 had been previously t�ansferred into this account before it was established and without a Resolution; WHEREAS, it has now been demons�rated to be insufficient and needs to be increased by $240.00 to a total of $300.00 as follows; • Moses Lalce Change Fund, o�•iginally $30.00, increase by $45.00 to $75.00 • Grand Coulee Change Fund, originally $30.00, increase by $45.00 to $75.00 • Quincy Change Fund, new establishment at $75.00 • Moses Lalce Therapy Reception Desk Change Fund, new establishment at $75.00 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT I3EREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the following fund is hereby created and established, Fund #108.150,000,000.111.71 and the Grant County Auditor-and the Cn�ant County Treasurer axe hereby directed to establish said fund in their respective offices. Admitting Assistants report that the current amount af pet�y cash is inadequate for making change. We therefore request that petty cash be increased from $30.00 to $75.00 at tlie sites in Moses Lake, Quincy, and Grand Coulee.
