WHEREAS, 7he Board of County Cammissioners af Grant Caunty, Washington, cansidered a
certain county road right-of-way useless, and by #his resolution entered upon it's minutes, declared its
intention to vacate and abandon a certain county road right-of-way described as fallaws:
Legal Description: That portion of the cul-de-sac within the Gounty Raad Right-Qf-Way far Section
Place Sauth, Road Log #31015, lying north and east of Parcel B in Block 2,
Sunland Estates Division No. 3, According to the plat #hereof recorded in Volume
8 of Plats, Page 41, records of Grant County, Washington.

tNHEREAS, a notice of hearing an the repart for vacation and abandanmenf was published in the
county official newspaper at least once a week for twa consecutive weaks preceding the date fixed for the
hearing, and a copy of said notice was posted for at least twenty days preceding the date fixed for hearing at
each termini of the county road or porfion thereof to be vacated or abandaned; and
WFiEREAS, the Board of Gounty Cammissioners did cansider the repart giuen by the Caunty Raad
Engineer, together with any evidence for or objection against said uacatian and abandonment, and
WHEREAS, the above described county road right-of-way is not useful as part of the aounty road
system and the public will be benefited by the vacafion and abandanmenf.
NOW, THEF2EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Baard af County Commissioners vacates and
abandons all interest in the County road right-of-way described above; EXGEPT an easement along the
vacated right-af-way to accommodate existing power lines, communications lines and other franchised
and/or permitted public and private utilities.
