RESOLUTION No. 07- /�c3� CC
WHEREAS, the following Grant County Departments do not have an adequate level of
budget appropriation to make all necessary expenditures:
Grant County Facilities and Maintenance Fund #105, Department #147 in the
amount of $41,000.00 for a new records storage building at the Jail Work
Release Facility
Grant County Sheriff's Office Fund #001, Department #141 in the amount of
$9,000.00 to purchase a 2007 Wave Runner
WHEREAS, these additional budget expenditures were not anticipated wlien preparing
the 2007 budget; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 36.40.140 a public hearing, must be held to
authorize additional budget appropriations.
WHEREAS, on the 9th day of October, 2007, at 9:30 am, a public hearing was held in
the Grant County Commissioners' Hearing Room.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that a
budget appropriation in the total amount of $50,000.00 to be allocated to the 2007 budget
according to the following schedule of categories and items:
