OPEl� RECORD PUBLIC HEARING, SHERIFF'S OFFICE AND FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE BUDGET EXTEN�ION The Commissioners held an open record public hearing regarding a budget extension for: Grant County Facilities and Maintenance Fund #105, Department #i47 in the amount of $4i,000.00 for a new records s�orage building at the Jail Work Release Facility Grant County Sheriff's Office Fund #ooi, Department #14i in the amount of $9,000.00 to purchase a 200� Wave Runner Commissioner Stevens moved to close the public comment portion of the hearing, Commissioner Carter seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Commissioner Carter moved to adopt the budget extension as presented, Commissioner Stevens seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The hearing adjourned. As of this date the Board by a majority vote does approve for payment those vouchers as presented by the Grant County Health District: Payroll Vouchers No. x— 5, and General Fund Vouchers No. 6— �2, in the amount of $156,908.49, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. The Chair of the Board was authorized to sign the MDJ Development (Clubhouse Condominium Lots 2& g, Replat of Desert Aire Condominiums) Final Plat Submission and Review, File #06-4634-01; and the T&T Farms (T&T Farms Short Plat No. 2) File #o�-47ii. The Commissioners approved the October i, zoo� work session request from the Sheriff's Office to Surplus County Property, a i986 Ford Aerostar Van, and transfer it to the Lincoln County Sheriffs Office. The Commissioners approved the October i, 200� work session request from District Court for a budget extension in the amount of $5,706.72 to cover the Washington Citizens Commission salary increase for District Court Judges. This will be done in December, along with all other County salaiy budget extensions. The Commissioners signed the Public Works Claims Fund Voucher Approval No.10-i through No. xo-i53 in the total amount of $2,402,993•83, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. The Commissioners approved and signed a Corrective Action Plan between Grant County and the Washington State Auditor's Office to correct the "Financial Statements and Single Audit Report No. '72479 and Findings dated June 8, 200� CFDA No. 14.228 Community Development Block Grants, for the period January i, 2005 through December g�, 2005. The Commissioners signed the Professional Services Agreement for Legal Representation of Indigent Individuals in Grant County District Court Full Time Contractors between Grant County and Brett Hill. Contract is from January 1, 2008 through December gi, 2009. The Commissioners signed a 2008 Professional Services Agreement between Grant County and Mary Jane Castillo for interpreter services.
