RESOLUTION No. O6-�S� -CC
WHEREAS, the following Grant County budgets do not have an adequate level of
budget appropriation to make all necessary expenditures:
Planning Department Fund #001, Department #111 $75,000.00 for Community
Trade & Economic Development Grant (CTED) to update the Comprehensive
Plan.
Building Department/Fire Marshal's Office Fund #001, Department #116
$68,997.00 to cover expenses relating to a new position and miscellaneous items.
WHEREAS, these additional budget expenditures were not anticipated when preparing
the 2006 budget; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 36.40.140 a public hearing must be held to
authorize additional budget appropriations; and
WHEREAS, on the November 15, 2006 at 1:30 pm, a public hearing was held in the
Grant County Commissioners' Hearing Room,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED SY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that a
budget appropriation in the total amount of $143,997.00be allocated to the 2006 budgets
according to the following schedule of categories and items:
