WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 39.33.010, Grant County, a political subdivision of
the State of Washington, acting through its Board of County Commissioners, recognizes
the benefits of transferring jurisdiction of portions of county roads and right-of-ways,
namely that portion of TEAL PLACE NW as described below and as shown in Exhibit A;
LEGAL DESCRIl'TION:
TEAL PL NW Roadlog 31804
MP 0.0 to .08 AND RIGHTS-OF-WAY
in Section 18 T20N R 23 E.W.M
IN GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS, Grant County Public Works and the Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant
County, WA (Grant PUD), have previously agreed to work towards the transfer of
jurisdiction of said Right-of-Way, and
WHEREISS, the County Engineer recommends the Grant County Board of Cornmissioners
proceed with the jurisdiction transFer as mutually agreed, per 39.33.010, and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLYED, that the Grant County Board of
Commissioners transfer jurisdiction of those portions of Road Right-of-Way to the Public
Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, WA (Grant PUD), to become effective immediately.
