Items 3 and 11 were not ready for signature. The motion passed unanimously. , 1. Possible vouchers for Interfund Communications, insurance, legal services,grant administration, etc. 2. Amendment A to Washington State Military Department Contract#E16-039 with Grant County, by and through the Multi-Agency Communications Center(MACC), which modifies: (Approved) a) the contract amount from $51,300 to $48,300 (a decrease of$3,000); b) the FY16 CPD funding amount from $31,300 to $48,300(a decrease of$3,000); and c) the Budget Sheet(Attachment C). 3. Anticipating: BOCC signature on Appointment and Oath of Office of Special Deputy Prosecuting Attorney between Garth Dano, Prosecuting Attorney,and Anthony Menke of Menke Jackson Beyer, LLP to serve as a Special Deputy Prosecuting A'ttorney to perform and render legal assistance and counsel regarding labor law, employment law and personnel matters, and such other matters and proceedings as required by the Prosecuting Attorney or designee. Term is from final signature through December 31, 2016. (Not ready for signature) 4. For signature: Grant County application forms for Washington State Department of Commerce Community Development Block Grant(CDBG), 2016 Public Services Grant No. 16-62210-005 for $125,080,which will be administered through the Opportunities Industrialization Center(OIC) of Washington: a) Project Summary form; and (Approved) b) Title VI Certification form. (Approved) 5. Resolution No. 16-020-CC Aufihorizing Execution of Grant County Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreement,Terms of Agreement, between Grant County and Pierce County regarding contracting for the purchase of goods and services (ASC Action Item#6, below). (Approved) 6. Grant County Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreement,Terms of Agreement, between Grant County and Pierce County regarding contracting for the purchase of goods and services. Term is from date of signature until terminated by the parties. (Approved) 7. 2016 Recording Fee Surcharge Distribution Agreement between Gant County,the Housing Authority of Grant County, and New Hope Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services pursuant to RCW 36.22,179 and 1791 with a 30%distribution to New Hope and 70% distribution to the HAGC. Term is January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016. (Approved) 10. Phase I of adopting the Grant County Community Wildfire Protection Plan, which involves BOCC signature of the plan attesting to utilizing the process of involving the proper agencies for the development of the plan. (Following signature of the State Forrester, Phase II for Grant County will involve BOCC adoption by resolution.) (Approved) 11. Anticipating: Phase II of adopting the Grant County Community Wildfire Protection Plan—BOCC Resolution for adoption of the plan (Resolution title not yet known). (Not ready for signature) 12.
