RESOLUTION No. 16-(�1�l -CC
: WHEREAS, the Economic Enhancement Strategic Infrastructure Ending Fund balance
(Fund#113)projects do not have an adequate level of budget appropriation to malce the
following expenditures:
• SIP#2015-05: Port of Quincy, 13th Avenue NW Infras�ructule Improvements,
$150,000(Grant)and$75,000 (Loan)
• SIP#2015-06: City of George,Indus�rial Parlc No. 5 Street and Infrastructure
Improvements, $100,000(Grant)
WHEREAS, these additional budget expenditures were not anticipated when preparing
the 2016 budget; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 36.40.140 a public hearing, must be held to
authorize additional budget appropriations.
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of March, 2016 at 2:00 p.m., a public hearing was held in the
Grant County Commissioners' Hearing Room.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON,that a
budget appropriation in the total amount of$325,000.00 to be allocated to the 2016 budget
according to the following schedule of categories and items:

R� Budget Extension Public Hearing— SIP Projects 2015-05 and 2015-06
I am requesting a budget extension for the below SIP projects, which were approved by the
BOCC on January 19, 2016 (a copy of the approval Memo is attached). Specifically, I am
requesting that these projecfis' committed funds be transferred from the Economic
Enhancement Strategic Infrastructure Ending Fund Balance (113155-00-0000-508000000) as
follows:
