WHEREAS, tl�e followiiag f�lnds do not lzave an adequate level of br.tdget appropriatioi� to malce all
necessary expenditures:
Sheriff's Office in the axnount of $I,OOO.OQ to receive a donation from the
E��hrata Wal-Mai�t;
Fairgrounds in the anlount of $I5,922.4� for expenses relating ta the desi�m and
engii�eering sarvices for the Ag & Natural Resources and Co�ninercial Buildixlgs;
and
Faeilities and Maintenance in the amou�zt of $4,116.00 for a remadel of the Law
Library and. Prosecutar's Offices; and $5,095.40 far a remodel of District Court
offices.
WHEREAS; these additional budget experlditures were ilot anticipated wha�1 preparing the 2407
budget; and
WHEREAS, in accorciai�ce witlz RCW 36.40,140 a public hearing must be held to atrthorize
aclditional budget approp�•iations;
