A RESOLUTION relating to the establishment of a rtlew fund t department to be named:
Buzlding Divisian �und #138.
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attentian af the Baard af County Commissianers
that a new fund / department should be established as set farth hercinabove; and
WHET2EAS, the establishment af said fund / depar�ment nlay be accomplished without a
public hearing pursuant to state and county budget laws,
NOt�, THEREFtJRE, BE IT HET2EBY RESOLVED �Y THE BUARD OF
COUNTY Ctl►MMISSIONERS 4F GI2ANT COUNTY, �TATE t�F WASHINGT01�1, that
the following fund / depar�tment �s hereby created and estabiished: Buiiding Division Fund #13$,
and the Grant County Auditor and the Grant County Treasurer are hereby directed to establish
said fund J department in their respective offices.
This resolutian is it1 the best interests of good governrnent and shall take effective
ixnmediately.
