In the Matter of Initiating a County Road Project Designated as
CRP 13-14b, Roads W.9-NW, 9.8-NW � 9.7-NW
WHEREAS, a cost share contribution in the amount of $11,934 has been collected and the project
has been recommended for construction by the County Road Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT Roads W.9-NW, 9.8-NW & 9.7-NW
(Crescent Bar Rd vicinity), Road Log No, 31770, MP 0.000 to MP 0.161; Log No. 31810, MP 0.000 to MP
0.150; Log No. 31771, MP 0.080 to MP 0.183 be improved as follows;
Grade, drain, surface (BST Class A). Finished width = 24 ft. (See attached vicinitymap, x�section)
This project is hereby declared to be a public necessity and the County Road Engineer is hereby ordered and
authorized to report and proceed thereon as by law provided. (RCW 36.75.050, 36.80.030, 36.60.070)
BE IT FURTHEF2 RESOLVED, that an appropriation from the officially adopted road fund budget and
based on the County Road Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown:
