RESOLUTION DECREASING THE RESOLUTION No. 13- a2`� -CC
AI)VANCE WITNESS FEES REVOLVING
FUND FOR THE PROSECUTING
AT'TORNEY'S OFFICE
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 81-115-CC established this fund in the amount of $1,000.00
and Resolution No. OS-277-CC increased the fund by $4,000.00 to a new total of $5,000.00; and
WHEREAS, in 2012, Resolution No. 12-044-CC increased the Prosecuting Attorney's
Office, Fund #001, Department #109, by $5,000.00 to a new total of $10,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the 2012 $5,000.00 advance for airfare, rental car, mileage, lodging and
meal expenses for witnesses during the State v. David Nicicels trial is no longer needed as the
trial has concluded; and
WHEREAS, the reimbursement has been received from Superior Court and these funds
are being returned to the Grant County General Fund.
NOW, THEI2EFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTOI�T,
decrease Fund #001, Department #109, Prosecuting Attorney's Office Advance Witness Fees
Revolving Fund, to the amount of $5,000.00.
