R�SOLUTION TO D�CLAR� SUI2PLUS RESOLUTION No. 13- UI�-CC
GRANT COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
SECOND CHANCE I3ALLISTIC V�ST
WHEREAS, The Grant County Sheriff"s Office owns a Second Chance Ballistic Vest with Serial
No. 10116295/94;
WHEREAS, The Sheriff"s Office has determined that this vest is beyond its half-life and do not
anticipate the need for this vest before it expires; and
WHEREAS, It is the intent of the Sheriff's Office to turn the vest over to the Mattawa Police
Department for use by one of their new police officers; and
WHEREAS, The Sheriff s Of�ce is requesting that the Board of County Commissioners declare
surplus this vest.
NOW, TI3EREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus the above named Ballistic Vest with the intent as listed above.
