IN THE MATTER OF AMENDING A
COMPREHENSIVE SIX YEAR
TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION No. 13- �I I-CC
PROGRAM FOR THE YEARS 2013-2018
WHEREAS, pursuant to the requiremeilts oF Section 6, Chapter 83, Laws of Extraordinary
Session of the State of Washington, Grant County did prepare a Comprehensive Transportation
Improvement Program foi• the ensuing six years; and
WHEREAS, priority array of projects prepared in accot•dance with Cotulty Road
Administt•atio�l Board Standards of Good Practice (W�1C 136-14) was made available ai�d was consulted
by the Board during the preparation of the Six Year Program; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer's report with respect to de�cieirt briclges was available to the
Board during the pi°epar�tion of the Six Year Program; and
WHEREAS, an ei�vironmeiltal pre-assessment of the Six Yeac• Program iildicated that the
social, ,economic aud aesthetic vahles would not be disturbed; and .
WHEREAS, pursuant further to said Law, the Board of Cotuity Commissioners, being the
legislative body of the County, did prepare, revise and extend saicl Six Year Program and did hold � public
hearing on said Comprehensive Plan �t 2:00 p.m, at the Grant Couiity Courthouse, Ephrata, Wasl�ington .on
the 24t�' day of July, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Cominissioners of
Grant County, Wasliington, that the Compr�eheusive Six Year Road Program presented at the public
hearing be amended as shown.
