RESOLUTION IN RE: STRATEGIC
INFRASTRUCTURE COMMITTEE
12ECOMMENDATION FOR FUNI)ING

WHEIaEAS, The Grant County (County) Board of County Commissioners (BOCC)
approved a Strategic Infrastructure Program Prioritization Process; and
WHEREAS, the BOCC found it in the best interests of the County to set up a committee
to facilitate local coordination and communication; and
WHEREAS, the Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP) Committee (Committee) has
submitted recommendations for funding; and
WHEREAS, the BOCC has approved a recommendation submitted by the Committee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ACTED Ol�T/APPROVED THE FOLLOWING FUNDING
REQUESTS:
Grant County Airport District #1
Desert Aire Airport Runway Reconstruction & Widening
City of Moses Lake
Utility Infrastructure for Project Jackson
Port of Coulee City (GC Port District #4)
Coulee City Marina Boat Dock Expansion
Port of Grand Coulee (GC Port District #7)
Banks Lake Golf Course RV Sites
City of Soap Lake
Soap Lake Main Avenue Improvement Project

These funds shall be utilized within one year of award or returned to the fund for use by
