32. Personnel Action Request Recommendation regarding a request
from Emergency Management to restructure, re-classify,rename and
re-band their Senior Programs Coordinator and Project Coordinator.
After review of both positions,it is recommended to rename both
positions to�mergency Management Generalist and band them at
Band i2. The Director recommends approval. (Approved)
, 33• Personnel Action Request Recommendation regarding a request
from Grant Integrated Services—Mental Health to create a new
position titled Utilization Review Coordinatox. The Director
recommends approval and band it at Band 13,which will be
compensated by the Spolcane County Regional Support Network
(SCRSN). (Approved)
34• Personnel Action Request Recommendation to reserve the right to
provide for non-union/non-association Sheriffs office Undersheriff
and Chief Deputies salaries,including any pay beginning Januaiy i,
2oi2 in accordance with the final and negotiated contract for the
2012 and 2013 contract years when the contracts are finalized.

Tl�e Caznmissioners held an Open Record Publlc Hearing to consider the following budget
extension reqixests:
x. Urant Integrated Services-Directions in Community Living Fund#12�,Departxnent
#i6�in the amount of$200,000.t�o to receive additional grant funding from the
Washingtan Stafie Department of Social and Health Services-Divisian af
Developmental Disabilities,ta ec�ver the increase in staffing casts.
2. Medical Insurance Claims l�`und#�05,Department#785 in the amount of
, $i,000,000.ao to caver actual medical insnrance claitns for the remaining 2oi2 calendar
year.
And also to amend the Capital Facilities Plan previously adopted Deceinber 3, 2Q12. The
Commissioners want ta add a Phone System Upgrade(VC?IP)to the plan.

Services.
The Chair of the Board was authorized to sign the Eastern Washingtan Council af Governments petition
to the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife to delist the gray walf fram the State of Washitigton
