CERTAIN SECTIONS OF
CHAPTER 11.04 OF THE
GRANT COUNTY CODE
ENTITLED "MAXIMUM SPEED LIMITS"
WHEREAS GRANT COUNTY HAS AN ORDINANCE relating to maximum speed limits;
WHEREAS CORRECTIONS amending Section(s) 11.04. of the Grant County Code are needed.
WHEREAS the change agrees with current traffic usage,has been reviewed by the County Engineer,and
posted in the Paper of Record for 2 consecutive weeks.
WIIEREAS a hearing was held in the Hearing Room of the Board of County Commissioners of
Grant County, Washington, located in the County�,Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 2:00 PM,
on Tuesday, ���G� day of ��m����f � ,2016
THEREFOR, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County,
Washington:
