RESOLUTION No. 12- ���-CC
A RESOLUTION relating to the establishment of a new change fund for the Department of
Commuiiity Development — GIS, Fund # 001,000.00.0000.111700000.
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners that a new
fund should be established as set forth hereinabove; and
WHEREAS, the establislunent of said fund may be accomplished without a public hearing
pursuant to state and county budget laws,
WHEREAS, it has been demonstrated that this Department needs this petty cash change fund
and requests $25.00 be placed in this change fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the following �und is
hereby created and established, Fund #001.000.00.0000.111700000 ai�d the Grant County Auditor and the
Grant County Treasurer are hereby directed to establish said fund in their respective offices.
This resolution is in the best interests of good government and shall take effective immediately.

In July we were instructed to charge sales tax on all are fees in the GIS Department. The table
below shows what those rates are currently and what we would like to change them too. Both are
inclusive of sales tax.
