RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT THE
ASSESSMENT RATE FOR THE
HILLCREST LIGHTING DISTRICT FOR
2013 REMAIN UNCHANGED
RESOLUTION No. 12- 6`� f-CC
WHEREAS, Resolution 93-9-CC approved the formation of the Hillcrest Lighting
District; and
WHEREAS, th� Order set forth that the amount of the annual assessment for the LID
was to be determined by Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 02-189-CC set the assessment rate for 2003 at $17.00 per
parcel; and Resolution No. 06-264-CC decreased the assessment to $16.00 per parcel in 2006;
and Resolution No. 10-088-CC increased the assessment to $17.00 per parcel in 201 l;
V6'H��t�S, the current assessment of $17.00 per taxable parcel has been deemed by the
Grant County Treasurer as sufficient to cover 2013 payments; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT pursuant to the Order,
the Board certifies to the Grant County Treasurer the assessment rate for 2013 will remain
unchanged at $17.00 per taxable parcel in Hillcrest and that the Treasurer use these figures for
the assessment rate in all future assessment rolls of said District until further order oithe Board.
