authorize additional budget appropriations.

I am requesting a budget transfer for the below SIP projects, which were approved by the
BOCC through Resolution No. 12-063-CC, a copy of which is attached. �pecifically, I am
requesting that these projects' committed funds be transferred from the Economic
Enhancement Strategic Infrastructure Ending Fund Balance (113155-00-0000-508000000) as
