Patrol Agreement between Grant County, by and through the Grant County Sheriff's Office, and the Desert Aire Owners Association regarding the assignment of commissioned deputies from the Grant County Sheriff's Office for the purpose of providing and maintaining a presence in the vicinity of Desert Aire. Term is November 1, 2012 through February 28, 2oi3. These changes will equalize the Dental and Medical Plans and become effective January 1, 2oig, (Approved) 4. Special occasion license application for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Moses Lalce, 6oi S Pioneer Way, Ste F, Moses Lalce, WA 98837, from the Washington Sfiate Liquor Control Board. (Approved) 5. Pursuant to RCW 68.5o.oio titled "Coroner's jurisdiction over remains", the Coroner must adopt rules by which bodies may be removed and placed in the morgue and be approved by the County Commissioners. Personnel Action Request Recommendation regarding a request from the Fairgrounds to re-name the Events Coordinator Position to the Fairgrounds Coordinator and re-band the position from Band 4 to Band 5. The Director recommends approvals for both requests. (Approved) 6:0o p.m. — �:oo p.m. C Swartz at Open Riding at the Fairgrounds Meeting (Huclz Fuller Bldg, Fairgrounds) WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER �i, 2oi2: The session was continued at 11:0o a.m. with all the Commissioners in attendance. li:oo p.m. — lx:10 p.m. Open Record Public Hearing, Interfund Insurance Premium Budget Extension The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider a budget extension request from the Grant County Auditor and Administrative Services Coordinator. The original amount was $10,000.0o and approved on the September 25, 2012 Consent Agenda. It was determined that this amount was not sufficient and now a request is being made to increase the budget extension amount to $50,00.0o to cover the difference of the original budget amount for the county's Interfund Insurance Premium Commissioner Swartz moved to close the public comment portion of the hearing. Commissioner Carter seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Commissioner Carter moved to approve the budget extension as presented. Comrnissioner Swartz seconc�ed and the motion passed unanimously. The hearing adjourned.
