(Approved) g. Request from Craig Morrison, Grant County Coroner, for: (1) funds/reimbursement on defense costs in the amount of $25,63i.29 on Lee v. Jasman, GCSC Cause No. i2-2-o0877-5; and (2) that the County would defend and indemnify Mr. Jasman on the basis of his acting within the scope of his employment with Grant County in this litigation.
