A motion was made by Commissioner Swartz, seconded by Commissioner Stevens, to approve items 1 and
2 the ASC Agenda as presented. Item 3 is being held for further review. The motion passed with 2
Commissioners in attendance.

2. Grant County Request for Reimbursement No. 3 on CDBG Public
Services Grant No.12-65400-002 with the Department of Commerce
and administered through the OIC of Washington in the amount of
$8,649.65. (Approved)
g. Request from Craig Morrison, Grant County Coroner, for: (1)
funds/reimbursement on defense costs in the amount of $25,63i.29
on Lee v. Jasman, GCSC Cause No. i2-2-o0877-5; and (2) that the
County would defend and indemnify Mr. Jasman on the basis of his
acting within the scope of his employment with Grant County in this
litigation. (This item is being held for further review)

Pursuant to RCW 42.go.11o(1)(i) Commissioner Stevens called an Executive Session to order at
2:g� p.in. to go unti12:42 p.m. regarding Ochoa Foods and Crittenden Litigation. In attendance
were Commissioners Stevens and Swartz, and Lee Pence, Civil Deputy Attorney. Commissioner
Stevens closed the session at 2:42 p.m.

A motion was made by Commissioner Swartz, seconded by Commissioner Stevens, to approve items i
through 10 the Consent Agenda as presented. The motion passed unanimously.

from the Prosecuting Attorney's Office for an Exception to the Hiring

from the Department of Community Development for an Exception
to the Hiring Freeze to hire x Planner due to an upcoming retirement.
