IN THE MATTER OF AMENDING A
COMPREHENSIVE SIX YEAR RESOLUTION No. 12- Q�`�-CC
TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT
PROGRAM FOR THE YEARS 2012�2017
WIIEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of Section 6, Chapter 83, Laws of Extraordinary
Session of the State of Washington, Grant Cotulty did prepare a Comprehensive Transportation
Iinproveinent Pr•ogram for the ensuing six years; and
WHEREAS, pt�iority array of projects prepared in accordance with Cotulty Road
Administration Board Standards of Good Practice (WAC 136-14) was inade available and was consulted
by the Board during the preparation of the Six Year Progr�m; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer's report with respect to de�cient bridges was available to the
Board durulg the preparation of the Six Year Program; and
WIIEREAS, an environmental pre-assessment of the Six Year Program indicated that the
social, economic and aesthetic values would not be disturbed; and
WHEREAS, pm•suant fiu-ther to said Law, the Board of Cotulty Commissioners, being the
legislative body of the County, did prepare, revise and eYtend said Six Year Program and did hold a pltblic
hearing on said Comprehensive Plan at 2:00 p.m. at the Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washingtozl on
the 26t�' day of Ju1y, 2011.
NOW, TIIEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Cotulty Commissioners of
Grant County, Washingtoii, that the Comprehensive Six Yea�• Road Program pz•esented at the public
l�earing be amended as shown.
