Healthcare Facility Agreement between Grant County, by and
through Grant Integrated Services, Prevention and Recovery
Center, and First Choice Health Network for specified
insurance/health care to qualifying participants. Term is
November i, 2oi2 with automatic renewal. (Approved)
Agreement Regarding Use of County Property between Grant
County and REFLEX FILMS, LLC to have the use, on a non-
exclusive basis, of real property situated within Grant County,
Washington's parcel numbers 1�008200o and i�oo82ooi, the
same commonly lcnown as Grant County's portion of the Moses
Lalee Sand Dunes, between October i5, 2012 and November 8,
2012. (Approved)
Interlocal Agreement between Grant County, by and through
Grant Integrated Services, Prevention and Recovery Center
(PARC), and the Moses Lake Police Department for participation
in the Moses Lalce Prevention Coalition regarding enforcement
strategies identified within the Enforcing Underage Drinlcing
Laws Discretionary Grant. Period of performance is September

were Commissioners Stevens and Swartz, Lee Pence, Civil Deputy Attorney, Damien Hooper,
Planning Manager, Torn Jones, Sheriff, Dave Ponozzo, Undersheriff, Ryan Rectenwald, Chief
Deputy, and Larry Ledeboer, Animal Control Deputy, The session was then continued to i1:25

5. Personnel Action Request Recommendation regarding a request
from the Fairgrounds Manager to extend employment to a
Temporary/Seasonal employee. The Director recommends approval.

6. Personnel Action Request Recommendation to initiate the County
sicic leave donation policy for a Grant Integrated Services employee,
Recipient i2-o4, who suffers from an illness which is extraordinary
in nature. The Director recommends approval. (Approved)
