RESOLUTION: INCREASE ER&R BUDGET

IN THE MATTER OF USING ER&R
FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT NOT ON ORIGINAL BUDGET
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners that the
County Road Engineer desires to increase the general budget for 201 from the ER&R Fund, Fund 510, for the
purchase equipment not on the original budget.
WHEREAS, there is a need to increase ER&R Budget for the purpose of the purchase of equipment
not on the original budget in the amount of $33,764.00 dollars to the ER&R Fund, Fund 510, budget for 2012
W HEREAS, there is no expenditure of funds not previously budgeted but a transfer pursuant to RCW
36.40.100 and County and State auditing procedures.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Grant
County, WA, that the following funds are authorized for expenditure:
