The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider the following budget extension
requests:
1. SherifPs Office Fund #001, Department #ii4 in the amount of $9,000.0o to cover the cost of
leasing an office building located at 123o Berschauer IndustriaJ, l�arlc,_Eghrata,_WA._
2. District Court Fund #oo�, Department #�02 in the amount of $4,500.0o to purchase 3-new
intercom units from Graybar for each of their separate front counters windows.
3. Commissioners Office Fund #190, Department #ooi in the amount of $89,862.0o to receive
an Emergency Solutions Grant (Contract No. ig-46io�-oo8) received from the Department of
Commerce. Term is August i, 2oiz through June go, 2oig.
4. Commissioners Office Fund #i9o, Department #ooi in the amount of $34,829.0o to receive
additional funds from a Housing and Essential Needs Grant (HEN) Amendment B(Contract
No. ii-462o4-5ii) from the Department of Commerce. Term is September 15, 2oi� through
June go, 2oig.
Commissioner Carter moved to close the public comment portion of the hearing. Commissioner
Swartz seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Commissioner Swartz moved to approve the
budget extension as presented. Commissioner Carter seconded and the motion passed unanimously.

MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS
As of this date, the Board, by a majority vote, does approve for payment those vouchers certified by the
auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the

on a listing and made available to the Board.
The Chair of the Board was authorized to sign the Health District Voucher listing in the amount of
