The Commissioners held a Closed Record Public Hearing that is being continued from June 25,

Mr. Ries read into the record the conclusion of the Final Determination of Board of County
Commissioners on Appeal of Notice to Correct Grant County Code Violations on Parcel No.

"The Board finds that Negrete has met his burden of proving that his flea market falls
within the scope of the uses described as "retail sales" and accordingly, is an allowed use
within a UC2 zone. The Notice to Correct is withdrawn. As there exists no legal basis for
an award of attorney's fees and costs, Negrete's request for fees is denied."
