RESOLUTION INCREASING THE RESOLUTION No. 12-O��-CC
ADVANCE WITNESS FEES REVOLVING
FUND FOR THE PROSECUTING
ATTORNEY'S OFFICE
WHE1tEAS, Resolution No. 81-115-CC established this fund in the amount of $1,000.00
and Resolution No. OS-277-CC increased the fund by $4,000.00 to a new total of $5,000.00; and
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners
that the Prosecuting Attorney's Office, Fund #001, Department #109, needs to be increased;
WHEREAS, it is being requested to increase this fund by $5,000.00 to a new total of
$10,000.00 to be used for advance airfare, rental car, mileage, lodging and meal expenses for
witnesses during the State v. David Nicicels trial; and
WHEREAS, when the reimbursement is received from Superior Court, these funds will
be returned to the C�rant County General Fund.
leTOVV, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREB�' RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUI�TTY COMMISSIOleiERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON,

Revolving Fund, to the amount of $10,000.00 for usa during the State v. David Nickels trial.
