The motion passed unanimously. io:oo a.m. — io:15 a.m. io:3o a.m. — io:45 a.m r. Possible vouchers for Interfund Communications, insurance, and/or grant administration. (Approved) 2. Grant application, by and through Grant County Integrated Services, New Hope Sexual Assault/Domestic Violence, for Washington State Department of Social and Health Services FY13 contract for Specialized Services to Victims of Domestic Violence from Marginalized Populations with a FYig budget total of $60,800.00. (Approved) g. Services Agreement between Grant County and Gray & Osborne, Inc. for engineering evaluation work for CTrant County Fairgrounds' septic system. Term is June i2, 2012 through August 6, 2oi2. (Approved) 4. Working Agreement between Grant County and Grant County Public Employees' Association, Courthouse, January i, 2oi2 to December gi, 2014. (Approved) 5. Contract between the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) and New Hope Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services to provide emergency Domestic Violence Shelter and Supportive Services in fiscal year 13 in the amount of $268,560.00. (Appxoved) Commissioners Office Safety Meeting Citizen Public Comment Period LeRoy Allison, Administrator for the North Central Washington Regional Support Networlc, came to aslc which direction Grant County is heading in regards to merging with the Spokane RSN. He stated the NCWRSN governing Board voted to move the entire RSN to the Spokane RSN. The Commissioners stated Grant County has no intention oF moving with the other counties to the Spokane RSN. Discussion ensued with the Darryl Pheasant, Treasurer regarding the reserve funds that are currently being held by the NCWRSN. In attendance were Commissioners Stevens, Carter, Swartz and Lee Pence, Civil Deputy Attorney. Public Disclosure Commission form L-5 in the amount of $i,o5o.00 for Lobbying by State and Local Government Agencies between Grant County and Jim Potts for legislative analysis, and lobbying regarding legislative issues affecting rural counties. (Approved) 5. Application for added privilege for Ginkgo Distillery, 2256i Rd T � SW, Mattawa, WA 99349� from the Washington State Liquor Control Board. (Approved) 6. Contract Amendment No. g between the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services and Grant County, by and through Prevention and Alcohol Recovery Center (PARC) for Contract No. ii6g-273oo to increase the amount by $83,62i.00 to a maximum amount of $2,2ii,600.00. (Approved) HUMAN RESOURCES �. Personnel Action Request Recommendation regarding a request from District Court for an Exception to the Hiring Freeze to hire one Deputy Clerk II position due to a recent resignation. The Director recommends approval. (Approved) 8. Personnel Action Request Recommendation regarding a request from Community Development for an Exception to the Hiring Freeze to hire one Hourly Assistant Planner intern position. The Director recommends approval. (Approved) 9. Personnel Action Request Recommendation regarding a request from Public Defense for an Exception to the Hiring Freeze to hire one Full Time Public Defender IV position due to a recent resignation. Second Request - Personnel Action Request Recommendation to initiate the County sick leave donation policy for a Public Works employee, Recipient i2-o2, who suffers from an illness which is extraordinary in nature.
