RESOLUTION INCREASING THE
PETTY CASH FUND FOR THE GRANT
COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS
RESOLUTION No. 12- �� �-CC
WHEREA�, it has been called to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners
that the Petty Cash Fund, Fund #116, Department #159, needs to be increased;
V6�HEREAS, A Resolution (no number) dated April l, 1975 established this fund in the
amount of $50.00;
WHEREAS, the amount of $50.00 has been demonstrated to be insufficient;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HE12�BY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSTONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON,
increase Fund #116, Department #159, Petty Cash Fund, to the amount of $1,000.00, for the
purpose of malcing change at the Grant County Fairgrounds.

W� are r�qu�sting to m�ke this increase p�rmanent in nature, This will �liminat� the
requirement tc� increase �nd decre�se the petty fund amount during the year. The funds
will stil( be tracked thr�ugf� accounting (GP) and by utilizing Gtuickbooks �nterpris�. This
appraval will also assist th� GC�G by allowing tn keep pre�counted ��sh ti(Is in th� saf�
�nd minimize the n��d ta draw funds frarr� tha bank f�r nc�rm�t �per�tir�g purpa��s.
