an adequate level of budget appropriatian ta make all necessary expenditures:
WH�REAS,these additional budget expenditures were not anticipated whe» preparing
the 2012 budget; and
WI�FREAS, in aceordance with RC�U 36.40.140 a public hearing,znust be held to
authorize additional budget apprcrpriations.
