A motion was made by Commissioner Swartz, seconded by Commissioner Carter, to approve items i, 7,
and g-i1 on the ASC Agenda as presented below. The motion passed unanimously.
1. Possible vouchers for Interfund Communications, insurance, and/or
grant administration. (Approved)
2. Anticipating: Professional Services Agreement for Legal
Representation of Indigent Individuals in Grant County Superior
Court (Adult Felony Only) Overflow and Conflict Contractors
between Grant County and Milce Felice. Agreement is for
representation of Evan Savoie in State u. Savoie, Grant County
Superior Court Cause #o4-i-oo2ri-o. (Did not arrive for
signature)
g. Anticipating: Professional Services Agreement for Legal
Representation of Indigent Individuals in Grant County Superior

The Commissioners approved and signed the Grant Public Worlcs County Payroll Salary Fund for April
20, 2012.
Special Counsel Contract between Grant County and the Wrenn Law Group, PPLC (Leslie C. Nellermoe)
to prepare all legal documents, provide legal guidance and assistance, and to work with the Washington
State Department oi Ecology and bring the Grant County Landfill into compliance with current
environmental standards. The contract term is January i, 2012 through December 31, 2012.
