Item 5 and 6 were combined into one document, item � did not require signature, and item 8 did not arrive for signature. The motion passed unanimously. i. Possible vouchers for Interfund Communications, insurance, and/or grant administration. (Approved) 2. Contract Amendment No. 06 to Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) Contract No. 0963-68og2, amending the maximum contract amount. Contract is with Grant County, by and through Grant Integrated Services' Prevention and Recovery Center. (Approved) 3. (Approved) 5. Grant application/renewal Sexual Assault Core Seruices by Grant Integrated Services' New Hope Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services with the Department of Commerce for $i26,279. (Approved, combined with Item 6) 6. Grant application/renewal Sexual Assault Prevention Seruices by Grant Integrated Services' New Hope Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services with the Department of Commerce for $x�,8og. (Approved, combined with Item 5) 7. Grant application/renewal Specialized SexualAssault Services by Grant Integrated Services' New Hope Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services with the Department of Commerce for $83,452. Amendment 1 to SMA Grant G1200053 between the State of Washington Department of Ecology and Grant County for the Comprehensive Shoreline Master Program Update. The purpose is to revise the budget structure to combine year 1 and year 2 for greater flexibility for the County. Commissioner Carter moved to close the public comment portion of the hearing. Commissioner Swartz seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Commissioner Swartz moved to approve the budget extension as presented. Commissioner seconded Carter and the motion passed unanimously. The hearing adjourned. (Resolution No. i2-o2�-CC) MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS The Commissioners approved and signed the Grant Public Works County Payroll Salary Fund for Apri16, 2012. The Cornmissioners approved and signed the Grant County Payroll Authorization form for the April Yo, 2oi2 payroll. As of this date, the Board, by a majority vote, does approve for payment those vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 4z.24.o80, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, in the amounts of $3.08, and $700,522.i6, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board.
