IN THE MATTER OF ESTABLISHING Resoluti0n No. i� -��S-Cc—
A CERTAIN ROAD AS PART OF THE RESOLUTION OF INTENT
COUNTY ROAD SYSTEM AND NECESSITY
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 36.81.010, the Board of County Commissioners may
by original resolution entered upon its minutes declare its intention to establish any county road in
the county and declare that it is a public necessity and direct the county road engineer to report upon
such proj ect.,
WHEREAS, a resident of the Mattawa community, has come to the Board of County
Commissioners with a petition requesting consideration for the establishment of a certain road and
right of way as a county road, initially to be known as Road M-SW, intersecting with Road 22-SW,
and consisting of a length of a few hundred feet, and
WHEREAS, said petitioner has ofFered to compensate the county for any and all expenses
incurred towards the construction of said roadway
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Board of County Commissioners declares its
intention to establish a certain road as a county road and declares that it is a public necessity, and
orders the County Road Engineer to make an examination and survey thereof and report the results
of his examination and provide surveys, maps, and other related data related to the location and
establishment of that certain road to the Board of County Commissioners at a time and place
prescribed by the Board of County Commissioners in its Notice of Hearing on said report.
