RESOLUTION CLOSING THE SOLID RESOLUTION No. 16- dU�-CC
WASTE PETTY CASH FUND FOR
GRANT COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS
(401.111.70)
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the Board of County Corrunissioneis
that Public Works desires to close a po�•tion of their Solid Waste Petty Cash Fluid;
WHEREAS, the fund was established in approximately 1975 in the amount of$150.00
and increased/decreased per tl�e following Resolutions:
s (No resolution) 9/27/76 $60.00
• Resolution No. 81-OS-CC $140.00
• ResolLitionNo. 95-146-CC $1,100.00
• Resolution No. 02-217-CC $100.00
• ResolutionNo. OS-182-CC ($1,100.00)
• ResoltrtionNo. 06-169-CC $100.00
• Resolution No. 09-035-CC $200.00
• Resolution No. 10-033-CC $100.00
W�IEREAS, the current total amount of$850.00 in the petty cash account is divided as
follows:
• One (1) Ephrata Landfill Cash Box $400.00 I
• One (1) Ephrata Landfill Cash Box $400.00 (Weelcend Attendant)
• One (1) Solid Waste Petty C�sh Box $50.00
W�IEREAS, the $50.00 Solid W�ste Petty Cash Box has been deemed unnecessary and
will be returned to the Public Worlcs Solid Waste cash fund, leaviiig $800.00 in the Solid Waste I
Petty Cash Fund. i

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF �
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that �
the Public Works Solid Waste Petty Cash Account will close their Solid Waste Petty Cash Box ;
in the amount of$50.00, and return it to the Solid Waste general cash Flmd#401, i
